2. Personal data we process and purposes
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated statistical data on site usage: pages visited, session duration, device and operating system, and country of access.
Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
If you contact us by email, we will process the personal data you provide solely to handle your enquiry.
Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
3. Automated decisions and artificial intelligence
We do not make automated individual decisions that produce legal effects on users, nor do we use artificial intelligence systems to build behavioural profiles, carry out credit assessments or perform automated screening of any kind.
4. Retention period
Analytics data is retained in Google for 14 months (standard GA4 retention setting). Contact data is retained only for as long as necessary to handle the relevant enquiry and comply with legal obligations.
5. International data transfers
Google Analytics 4 is a service of Google LLC (Mountain View, California, USA). Data processing may involve transfers to servers located outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), pursuant to European Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795. 6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by sending an email to privacidad@roierp.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Regardless of the channel used, you have the following rights:
- Access: find out what personal data we process and for what purpose.
- Rectification: request the correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure: request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary.
- Objection: object to our processing of your data for a specific purpose.
- Restriction: request that we restrict processing.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
